Are new modern day energy efficient corporations finding ways to make good business sense and efficient acquisitions? I’d say so since Tesla bought Solar City in a all Stock deal. Thats right no or money used to finance this corporate takeover
The clean burning car and Inventor of energy efficiency galore creditcompany Telsa buys the 2 plus billion dollar valued (market cap) solar panel manufacturer solar city. Tesla didn’t sell a dollar they just gave them stock .
I can’t be exactly sure how much the deal was for but it should be around 4.75 billion because $4,532,600,000 was already on the table at one point
The Telsa and solar city merger was no doubt master minded Telsa’s CEO Musk who also so happens to be the chairman of the board at Solar City.
